Once a beloved café, Graslei 7 has been a convivial restaurant for over 15 years. Ilse Peeters founded Graslei 7 out of a passion for pure dishes and a fine dining experience. Today, she forms a dynamic duo with Shana De Reese, who joined after her studies and has been part of the team for 14 years.
